Ninesen?7028 additive package is mainly used in the metal processing industry for the preparation of emulsified cutting fluids. It has excellent compatibility with naphthenic base oils. When added at a dosage of 15.0% - 18.0% (wt), the processing fluid can be applied to the cutting of various metal materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys. At the same time, it provides excellent lubrication and protection for machine tools and cutting tools.
