Ninesen?M1109 additive package is mainly used for the preparation of semi - synthetic water - soluble cutting fluids in the metal processing industry. It has excellent rust - proof and anti - corrosion properties and can be applied to the cutting processes of various types of metal materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys. It provides excellent lubrication and protection for machine tools and cutting tools. Ninesen?M1109 additive package adopts an environmentally friendly formula. The prepared cutting fluid is not prone to spoilage and does not cause pollution or harm to the environment and operators. The concentrate is prepared by uniformly mixing Ninesen?M1109 additive package with water (conductivity ≤ 400 μs/cm) in different proportions. Then, a multi - purpose semi - synthetic water - soluble cutting fluid can be obtained by dissolving the concentrate in water at a ratio of 5.0% (wt).
